Our firm has extensive criminal litigation experience. All three partners have served as Assistant District Attorneys for the City of New York. The partners have over twenty-five years combined prosecutorial experience and have tried over one hundred felony and misdemeanor cases. Having prosecuted thousands of cases we know how the police operate, we know how the prosecutors work, and we understand the court system. We understand how the police obtain the evidence, we know what evidence a prosecutor needs to make his case, and we know how the prosecutor will use this evidence in the criminal prosecution against our clients. We use this experience when we evaluate our client’s case, negotiate with the prosecutor, advocate on their behalf with the courts, and when defending our clients at trial.
