Our landlord/tenant practice consists of representing both landlords and tenants embroiled in residential housing and commercial space disputes. We represent owners of multi unit dwellings throughout the city in actions against tenants for violating the terms of their lease. We have also successfully represented tenants facing eviction, through both litigation and negotiation. We effectively represent all of our clients because we understand how to enforce and defend both sides of a landlord-tenant action.
